Another graduate of the Hammers' highly-respected Youth Academy, Tony has made great strides in the past 12 months to become a valued member of Tony Carr's Under-18 squad and a regular at reserve team level. <\/P>
Has been with the Club since the age of 11 and originally began as an out-and-out striker, but soon began to evolve as an attacking midfielder and link-man behind the front-runners. <\/P>
Was invited to train with the first-team ahead of their Play-Off Final clash against Preston North End at the end of last season and made his first-team debut for the Club as a late substitute in the Carling Cup win at Sheffield Wednesday in September.<\/P>
