Although generally considered to be one for the future, his fine form for G&#243;rnik Zabrze has earned him a place at UEFA EURO 2008.<BR><BR>Born in Olsztyn, had early success in regional football with OKS 1945 Olsztyn before transfer to Ekstraklasa outfit Groclin Grodzisk Wielkopolski in 2005.<BR><BR>Moved on to GKS G&#243;rnik L\u0119czna midway through 2006\/07 season; then left one G&#243;rnik for another, moving to Zabrze in summer 2007 after hitting four goals in 13 starts for L\u0119czna.<BR><BR>No goals in first ten league games for G&#243;rnik Zabrze but came alive in mid-autumn, scoring four before winter break and another six in the spring to reach double figures.<BR><BR>Made international debut v Hungary on 17 October 2007 &#8211; three days before his first league goal for Zabrze &#8211; and made one UEFA EURO 2008 qualifying appearance, coming in final game away to Serbia.<BR><BR><STRONG>Did you know?<\/STRONG><BR><BR>Zahorski was viewed as an off-the-wall call-up when first picked for the senior squad: he had not managed a league goal for Zabrze at the time while his strike partner at the club, Dawid Jarka, had scored ten. <\/P>","BFE43781BF2A8A9E3EADFCC3CC1AF971":"0","38FCF119BEE99893":"Stomil Olsztyn","e_index":6};
