Michal Sadilek (born 31 May 1999) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Eredivisie club Twente and the Czech Republic national team.

Sadilek made his professional debut in the Eerste Divisie for Jong PSV on 4 November 2016 in a game against Helmond Sport. On 7 August 2021, he joined FC Twente on loan. On 19 April 2022, the deal was made permanent as he signed a two-year contract.

Having represented Czech Republic at all youth levels, Sadilek was called up to the Czech senior squad by coach Jaroslav silhavy in May 2019.

In May 2021, he was announced as one of the four additional players for the rescheduled UEFA Euro 2020, if Ondrej Kudela failed to appeal against a ten-match ban from UEFA due to an alleged racial slur. Eventually, Sadilek got priority over Lukas Kalvach, Patrizio Stronati and David Pavelka and filled the last vacant place in the nomination.

Sadilek debuted with the senior Czech Republic national team on 4 June 2021, in a friendly 4–0 loss to Italy.<\/P>","3D0C18FC6E83B9810B0FAD6BF04C7B64":"2022-7-1","02EB7DF46653B329":"Michal Sadilek","805ACE40479B6E763FB50E182B20A495":"1999-5-31","B6A0187759F85483D714EA91FD933428":"8000000.00","5588923A723573201F6804A11C3F390A":"23","B6A0187759F85483BB8FCFF97E557B3EF40C5B869FAFCEA6":"1","0108B3B67855A673":"632199","722D75C33935B48A":"61kg","e_index":8};
